We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team serving the Columbus, Dublin, and Upper Arlington areas. With a flexible schedule, manageable caseload, and a supportive leadership team, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact without sacrificing balance in your life.

No Shift Work: Say goodbye to 12-hour shifts and overnight rotations.

Manageable Caseload: Care for approximately 6 patients per day-no more than you can reasonably and effectively serve.

Flexible Scheduling: Structure your day to meet both patient needs and your personal commitments.

Local Territory: Travel within a focused area (50-70 miles/day) with mileage reimbursement provided.

Limited Weekend Rotation: Weekend coverage only every 5-6 weeks.

Comprehensive Onboarding: New to home health? We offer hands-on training and mentorship.

Clinician-Led Support: Our leadership team understands your work because they've done it too-and they're here to support your success.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Active LPN license in the State of Ohio (required)

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)

Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and care teams

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a flexible daily schedule

Passion for collaborative, compassionate, patient-centered care
