Designation: Regional Sales and Training Manager - Kerala
Role: The role involves expanding Purplleās Go Naari direct selling network by onboarding new consultants and guiding Beauty Advisors to strengthen offline reach and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Promotion: Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Sales Targets: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Market Analysis: Analyze the territory or market's potential, track sales, and status reports.
Customer Support: Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Training and Initiatives: Visit stores for On the job training for BAs and conduct monthly Classroom training.
BA Training: Responsible for product training as well as skill training like makeup application & sales process
BA motivation & Retention: Initiatives to keep the BAs motivated & help in BA retention
Requirements and Skills:
Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or a related field is often preferred.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the company's skincare, Haircare and Makeup products and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with Customer Relationship Management software and basic computer skills
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Training and Facilitation skill: Ability to simplify the product knowledge & make it relatable by BAs to ensure better understanding.
