Position Summary

We are seeking qualified candidates for this role based in Ohio

In addition to a base salary (expected range of $100k +), this position is eligible to participate in our sales incentive compensation program.

Develops and implements sales strategies to sell products and services to new large group accounts or government programs in an assigned business segment, product, or geography.

Performs business development activities in pursuit of new growth channels and identifies potential new clients in a specified territory or geographic area.

High influence on sales and retention business.

A Brief Overview

The Senior Sales Executive prepares and analyzes sales forecasts and results reports and presentations, including analyses of variances vs. budget forecasts. Supports periodic sales revenue target setting and forecasting and may conduct research to estimate market demand. Supports sales teams in preparing and evaluating deal scenarios and contract terms. Collaborates with sales, IT and finance to develop, create and maintain reporting requirements and ensure that the revenue recognition and forecasting systems provide accurate and timely data. May track sales vs. quota information to determine commissions.

Develops and executes strategic sales plans aimed to consistently achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Develops and nurtures client relationships to drive customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention.

Collaborates with sales leadership to establish sales goals, performance metrics, and strategies to penetrate new markets or expand within existing markets.

Consults on the value proposition of the company's products and services, demonstrating how they address client needs and deliver tangible business outcomes.

Develops and presents proposals, negotiates contracts, and navigates complex client purchasing arrangements.

Analyzes sales data to identify trends, evaluate sales performance, and recommend strategies for improvement.

Coordinates with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services and address customer needs effectively.

Interviews and selects new team members and facilitates the onboarding process, ensuring they receive necessary training and resources to succeed in their roles.

Fosters a positive and collaborative team culture and mentors team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Experience Required:

5-7 years of relevant healthcare sales industry experience.

Ability to explain the relevant process elements and issues in relation to organizational issues and trends in sufficient detail during discussions.

Persuasive Presentation Skills demonstrating value and moving client to purchase.

Ability to successfully negotiate with internal/external clients to achieve profitable wins in market.

Has a complete understanding of business financials, products, and services.

TPA experience.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,400.00 - $113,934.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
