Employment available through Hendrick Provider Network dba Hendrick Clinic
18-month income guarantee of $767,007 + lucrative incentive program
$25,000 contract execution payment (to be repaid by you if you do not come to Abilene or your employment terminates prior to end of 3-year term and is composed of 3 separate payments:
$5k upon signing a contract with HMC
$15k upon submitting all required documentation needed to complete credentialing for the hospital as well as HPN
$5k to be paid after first payroll cycle following your first day of work
Relocation and house hunting allowance (up to $20K)
Potential Student Loan Repayment
$2,000/month training stipend until the completion of your training
Full benefit package (Health, Dental, Vision, LTD, STD, Critical Illness, Life Insurance, Retirement, 30 days a year of DTO, 18 weeks of sick leave, and more)
$2,000 Texas license fees reimbursement
Malpractice coverage would begin the first day and includes tail coverage for tenure at HMC ($1,000,000 & $3,000,000 policy limits)
Continuing medical education - $5,000 per year and five paid days per year
