Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven State Sales Head to lead and manage sales operations across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The role demands strong leadership, deep market knowledge, and the ability to drive business growth through effective dealer and distributor management. The candidate will directly report to the National Sales Head and align with national sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, guide, and manage field sales executives across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.

Achieve regional sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.

Strengthen and expand dealer and hardware shop networks.

Implement strategies and directives as guided by the National Sales Head.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and submit regular insights to management.

Maintain strong customer relationships and drive market development initiatives.

Support the National Sales Head in planning and executing regional sales strategies.

What We Are Looking For

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proven track record in achieving sales growth and handling large dealer networks.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Deep understanding of the water tank, pipe, plumbing, and hardware retail markets.

Willingness to travel extensively across both states.
