Location: Territory Based Travel Local Daily

Full-Time Base + Uncapped Commissions

The Senior VP will be hiring 3 stellar closers + field trainer for Wednesday 10/22/25 for an expansion of the recently opened Columbus, OH market. The launch team CRUSHED the goals in the first 90 days and we are ready to grow the team!

About the Role

We’re looking for driven B2B Field Sales Representatives who thrive on helping others win in sales. This is a hands-on, in-the-field position - not a desk job. You’ll meet with local business owners to help them control one of their top 5 operating expenses through smart, cost-saving energy solutions.

If you love the hunt, believe in consultative selling, and get satisfaction from seeing your work translate into real results for people and their businesses, this role was built for you.

What You’ll Do

Lead from the front and sell alongside your team

Manage CRM activity and drive accountability through daily metrics

Create instant rapport with local business owners and deliver real value in the energy vertical

Shape and execute training systems that replicate success

What You Bring

Proven experience in B2B outside sales

Strong communication and presentation skills - you know how to connect and build relationships

A love for the thrill of the close and helping others do the same

Solid comfortability with CRMs and technology

Self-discipline, coachability, and a team-first mentality
