Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active NJ state bar membership.

7-15 years of experience as a dedicated commercial real estate attorney.

Deep understanding of transactional law.

Strong understanding of landlord/tenant law and real estate litigation.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
