Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Manager, located in Faridabad. The candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high levels of quality and hygiene standards. Responsibilities include staff hiring and training, managing food and beverage services, and coordinating with the kitchen. The manager will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, resolve customer complaints promptly, and develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills

Experience in staff Hiring and Training

Effective Communication skills

Knowledge of Food & Beverage services

Ability to manage a team and handle high-pressure situations

Relevant experience in the hospitality industry

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
