POSITION: Key Account Manager – Vendor Partnerships
LOCATION: Mississauga, ON (including travel within Canada & US)

Responsibilities:
Manage and grow key vendor relationships
Negotiate contracts and lead performance reviews
Collaborate with internal teams to align supplier solutions with business needs
Track KPIs and ensure service levels are met
Identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and process improvements
Resolve issues and act as the main point of contact for partnersQualifications:
Degree in business or related field (preferred)
3+ years in account management, vendor relations, or procurement
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience working with suppliers in Canada & the US (preferred)
Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
Proficiency with MS Office
