*RN/LVN- FT 3rd Shift
*RN/LVN-FT-Double Weekends (6a-10p)
Our ideal candidates have solid experience, can handle team management skills and a problem-solving attitude. Ultimately, ensure smooth nursing operation at our facility through day-to-day management and long-term planning.
Responsibilities:
· Provide hand on care to the resident based on the resident Plan of Care.
· Administer medications and provide treatment to the resident based on the physician orders.
· Must be able to identify changes in the resident condition and evaluate the resident care needs.
· Strong focus assessment skills as well as documentation skills.
· Must be able to evaluate and participate in the development of the Resident Plan of Care.
· Monitor the resident overall condition and provide care as required while maintaining compliance with the facility policy and procedures.
Qualifications
Current RN/LVN License in the state
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a large team
Able to work efficiently under time constraints
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously

Requirements:
*An active Texas RN/LVN License and nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing, college or university along with a CPR certification
*A minimum of one year experience in a hospital, long term care facility or other related health care facility.
