What You’ll Do:
As an LPN Supervisor, you’ll play a meaningful role in providing supportive, team-based nursing care and supervise the work of the Medical Assistants in a fast-paced primary care and outpatient psychiatry clinic. The LPN Supervisor will also provide backup to the Medical Assistants, working within the scope of their license to ensure that the physical and behavioral health needs of the patients are met and maintained on an individualized basis, following policies and procedures and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Currently in good standing LPN License with the Ohio State Board of Nursing.
Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience overall with one year of experience working as an LPN in a primary care or urgent care clinic setting
A minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working as an LPN with individuals with behavioral health conditions or intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Licensure/Certification:
First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant; or the ability to become certified in CPR/FA within 60 days of hire (training will be provided).
