Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days

Licensure Requirements: DEA / CSR required.

Hours: 7 am - 3 pm

Call Hours: 3 pm - 7 am

Scheduled Call: Call every night and weekend while working / mostly OB call

Supervision: All CRNA practice

Type of cases required: ENDO, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, General, Trauma, Neonatal. Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
