We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Position Overview
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing a range of administrative duties. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the office.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Manage scheduling for meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Receive and distribute mail and packages
Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering
Provide general support to other departments as needed
Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum:
High school diploma or equivalent such as the GED from an accredited educational institution
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work
Positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Additional administrative or office training
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
