The LTH Program and Clinical Supervisor is a half-time role responsible for coordinating and overseeing case managers in the Low Threshold Housing Program. This position provides guidance and support to staff, ensures program compliance, and promotes effective client services. It also includes an outreach component to engage and support clients in the community.Key Responsibilities:
To provide supervision of LTH Case Managers, or others as assigned.
To accompany staff on outreach services as needed.
To coordinate, schedule and track required BSAS trainings for assigned program.
To assist in the recruitment, training, evaluation and supervision of the on-the-job performance of assigned personnel.
To assist in planning and developing approaches, services, and programs that enhance the services of RVCC and is responsive to the needs of clients within the assigned programs.
To cultivate, enhance, and maintain interdepartmental, staff, affiliated organizations, and community relationships.
To assist in the marketing of RVCC services in collaboration with the Program Director and to maintain and/or follow up ongoing communications with community, State or Federal and private or public resources with whom RVCC has or desires to have contracts.
To facilitate, monitor and audit processes and operations to ensure compliance with policies and assist in developing mechanisms to accomplish such as, but not limited to, completing weekly supervision with staff, completing bi-yearly chart reviews and ensuring RVCC, State and Federal Funders compliance for assigned program is adhered to.
Qualifications:
Required:
Master’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Public Health or related health or human services field required (licensed or eligible preferred but not required).
MA Driver’s License.
Two years’ experience in health or human services, including some of which was in a supervisory or lead capacity. Minimum 2 years working with SUD population.
Preferred:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability preferred. What We Offer:

Summary of Benefits:
Salary Range: $55,000 - $59,000 / Year
Based on years of experience, level of education, specialty and licensure/certifications. Additional Compensation for advanced education for qualifying positions.
