Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive Compensation: Up to $145,000/year.

Additional Bonus Incentives: Performance-based opportunities may apply.

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 relocation bonus with receipts and an additional $10,000 relocation incentive.

Qualifications :

Degree: Doctor of Optometry (OD)

Certifications: Board-certified or eligible

Licensure: WV state licensure required

Skillset: Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, patient-focused care, ability to manage high-volume practice.

Experience: Experience preferred but motivated new graduates encouraged to apply.
