We oversee and develop Apple's global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, lead sustainability initiatives, including commute, energy and waste management, to reduce Apple's environmental impact, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all personnel and customers within our facilities around the world.

We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and highly motivated facilities professional to join our team as a Facilities Building Manager.The Facilities Building Manager provides a central resource to building occupant groups for Facilities services and support.

Collaborates with San Diego Services team and corporate partners, including; Space Planning, Shipping, Receiving and Mail, Reprographics, Print Program, Ergonomics, Recycling, AVCN, Global Security Operations, Events and Conferences, Reception Services, Wellness, Commute, and Operations and Maintenance.

This position is required to be on-site Monday through Friday.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fluid and high growth environment.

Comfortable collaborating with all levels of the organization and working cross functionally on a variety of projects.

Experience in planning, coordination, and accomplishing multiple department initiatives and client needs.

Skilled in developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with the team and customers Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions.

Thrives in a complex and independent environment.

Extremely proactive, responsive, and positive contributor; Works with peers, partners, and management to promote and maintain a consistent and collaborative workplaceArray
