Robotic Welder

We're seeking an experienced Robotic Welder to join a leading metal fabrication facility in Hilliard, OH.

Pay rate is $28.82+/hour (based on experience). Schedule is Monday-Thursday, 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Fridays off! Overtime typically available and optional.

This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in robotic welding, metal fabrication, and precision work in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate robotic welding systems to produce high-quality welds on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials.

- Review work orders, layouts, and blueprints to determine weld requirements.

- Lay out and mark weld points on parts or assemblies; position materials using jigs, fixtures, measuring instruments, and hand tools.

- Inspect completed welds for accuracy and conformance to specifications.

- Perform MIG welding as needed; TIG welding experience is a plus.

- Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes for material handling.

- Maintain accurate records and follow all standard safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.

- Support production goals and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in steel or industrial manufacturing preferred.

- Proven robotic welding experience required.

- Strong MIG welding experience required; TIG welding experience preferred.

- Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred.

- Ability to pass a skills-based assessment (reading, math, inspection, measurement, and problem-solving).

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and meet standard vision and mobility requirements.

- Willingness to participate in a structured training and apprenticeship program upon hire.
