We are expanding our presence in Central Florida and are looking for a motivated and business-minded B2B Sales Representative to join our team full-time.

Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to build strong relationships and grow recurring business in the Central Florida market. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to and managing local builders, remodelers, and kitchen & bath dealers, offering them a full line of products under one roof.

We’ll provide you with a list of over 17,000 businesses to contact. You’ll earn commissions on every sale your accounts place for as long as you manage them, plus double commission on the first order from each new account.

Top performers have realistic earning potential of $100,000+ annually.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain B2B relationships with builders, contractors, and dealers in Central Florida.

Use our provided database of over 17,000 businesses to generate leads and grow new accounts.

Present and promote our full line of products: cabinets, countertops, vinyl plank flooring, sinks, faucets, and toilets.

Manage your accounts and maintain strong ongoing relationships to ensure repeat business.

Work closely with the design, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Follow up on quotes, leads, and customer inquiries promptly.

Qualifications

Proven B2B sales experience in construction, cabinetry, or related industries (preferred).

Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Comfortable using CRM tools, phone, and email outreach.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.

Based in or willing to travel throughout Central Florida.
