The Project Coordinator supports project managers and teams in planning, executing, and closing projects on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating schedules, resources, and information, as well as maintaining clear communication among stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and implementation of project activities and timelines.
Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
Support the project manager in managing budgets and monitoring expenditures.
Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
Identify and resolve issues that arise during project execution.
Organize and participate in project meetings, ensuring action items are completed.
Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and best practices.
As needed, support projects as project manager.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com).
Basic knowledge of budgeting and reporting.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM certification is a plus.
Experience working with cross-functional or remote teams.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Additional Information
Hybrid role based in Reynoldsburg, with office presence required Tuesday through Thursday.
Approximately 40 work hours per week.
