Job Description

Oversee all field operations for large-scale data center construction projects.

Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule.

Serve as the on-site leader, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and clients.

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain detailed documentation.

Foster a positive, high-performance jobsite culture focused on collaboration and accountability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Data Center Construction should have:

Proven experience as a Superintendent in mission-critical or large commercial builds.

Proven track record managing ground-up data center or high-tech infrastructure projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

OSHA 30 certification required (or willingness to obtain).

Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction management tools preferred.
