RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROJECT GRANTS ADMINISTRATOR:
The Project Grants Administrator will gather, organize, and prepare supporting documentation for state reimbursement grants
The Project Grants Administrator will pull and copy invoices, verify documentation accuracy, and refile completed materials
Maintain accuracy and organization throughout repetitive, detail-driven tasks
Assist with special projects or filing as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PROJECT GRANTS ADMINISTRATOR
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with repetitive tasks
Demonstrated ability to work independently and stay organized
Prior experience with nonprofits or grant administration is a plus
Ability to stand, bend, and lift light files as needed Salary is $45-49k, DOE
