Overview of the Accounts Payable Specialist role:

Process invoices accurately in Oracle ERP, ensuring vendor and transaction data is complete and correct

Match invoices with purchase orders and verify supporting documentation

Respond to vendor emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies related to vendor billing or payments

Perform high-volume data entry and maintain electronic records and document filing within the ERP system

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist role:

2+ years of Accounts Payable experience required (no degree necessary)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Excellent data entry accuracy and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail and clear communication with internal and external partners

Salary:

$43,500.00 to $46,500.00
