Overview of the role: HR Generalist

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand competencies for open positions, post jobs in HRIS and job sites, screen applicants, and manage interview panels.

Assist in creating and updating interview questions and recruitment strategies.

Assist with FMLA leave, benefits administration, I-9 compliance, and year-end tasks.

Build relationships with managers and employees, gathering work logs and ensuring HR processes align with organizational goals.

Leverage technology to streamline HR operations and support innovative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications: HR Generalist

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered.

Proven experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a related role. Familiarity with HRIS systems is highly desirable.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in technology and HR tools is essential.
