Showroom Sales Manager Requirements/Responsibilities
3+ years experience in retail sales management
Proven history of meeting or exceeding monthly sales revenue and margin goals
Demonstrated success in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets
Strong background in training, coaching, and developing sales associates
Track record of maintaining organized, customer-ready showroom environments
