BWC's core hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, however, daily start/end times may vary based on operational need across BWC departments.
Most positions perform work on-site at one of BWC's seven offices across the state.
BWC offers flex-time work schedules that allow an employee to start the day as early as 7:00am or as late as 8:30am.
Flex-time schedules are based on operational need and require supervisor approval.
* Conducts extensive data analysis for multiple units and vendors to ensure compliance with contracts, state laws, rules and regulations.
Analyzes various data to identify risk.
Conducts monthly review of appropriateness of administrative payment calculations to all BWC contracted vendors.
* Trains all unit staff on how to use or add to a Cognos query at a basic to intermediate level.
Develops, adds, and fixes Cognos queries for the unit at an advanced level.
Assists with the training and maintaining of new audit software.
* Develops monitoring programs, exceptional performance, and trends reporting procedures.
Cross-trains appropriate staff.
* Subject matter expert for annual risk assessment for the MCO's and PBM regarding any IT, AI, Data Security, general controls etc.
for analysis, evaluation and consideration of inclusion into CPM's annual audit plan.
* Implementation of new standards as it relates to the IT and Data Security business processes to ensure thorough and complete creation of audit programs to be completed by on-site auditors.
To Qualify, You Must Clearly Demonstrate: Required Experience and/or Education: Completion of undergraduate core program in business or public administration or data processing/computer science/information systems technology AND 2 yrs.
