What You’ll Do (a.k.a. Your Chicken Mission):

Hand-batter, fry, and prep with precision – no shortcuts, just the real deal

Follow recipes and food safety procedures with integrity

Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for action

Work with speed, accuracy, and classic Southern grit

Communicate with your team – because in our kitchen, we win together

Be coachable, dependable, and ready to grow with us
