Service Manager Job Requirements:
Deliver outstanding guest experience to every guest through highly trained and supported team members
Create a Culture focused on its people as the #1 asset
Daily Supervision of the hourly team members, providing feedback and support in a timely manner
Drive Sales Growth through operational excellence and outstanding training of Team Members
Quality of Operations through adherence to company standards and team member accountability
Will ensure consistent execution of all FOH and BOH systems and profitability by providing and ensuring quality training, coaching, and follow-through.
Service Manager Job Qualifications:
2+ years of management experience required.
1+ years of Full-Service restaurant management experience required.
1+ years of FOH management experience required.
Management of at least 15 staff members required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Education Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalent.
