Volt is immediately hiring for Press Operator in Visalia, Ca.

As a Press operator you will:

The Press Operator is responsible for safe and competent operation of the 6 color Comco and 4 color Kidder Flexographic press. The press operator is also responsible for safety, print quality, production, and housekeeping

Perform all job setups as required

Load and unload anilox rolls and plate cylinders

Ensure printing plates are in proper order

Register print

Match color using computer and by eye

Load and unload paper rolls

Check print quality a minimum of twice per mill roll

Complete all necessary paperwork

Check pH and viscosity as necessary

Ensure doctor blades are in working order

Prepare for next print job

Check template (blanks) with eye marks and color

This is a Fulltime Temp-to-hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum of 3+ years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing setting

Salary: $20.01-$20.01
