Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment
Execute seasonal menus and specials
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
Collaborate with management on operational improvements
Qualifications
· Red Seal Certification (required)
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Proven ability to manage high-volume service

· Food Safety Certification (e.g., Safe Food Handling
