About the Opportunity:

Tivoli'sWorld Construction & Temp Agency is currently seeking HVAC Assistants to support our trusted clients across the Roanoke area. This is a great opportunity for candidates interested in building a career in the HVAC trade. As an HVAC Assistant, you will work alongside experienced technicians on residential and light commercial projects.

This role offers hands-on training, steady hours, and the potential to transition into long-term employment with our clients.

Responsibilities:

Support HVAC technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems

Transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites

Assist with duct work, component prep, and cleanup tasks

Maintain organized workspaces and ensure safety procedures are followed

Communicate with team members and supervisors for smooth job execution

Perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces

Requirements

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred

Mechanical aptitude or prior experience in construction/HVAC is a plus

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various indoor/outdoor environments

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn

OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
