Are you a seasoned construction leader ready to take on high-impact projects in one of Michigan’s most beautiful regions? Miller-Davis Company is looking for a Senior Project Superintendent to lead complex builds, mentor rising talent, and drive excellence from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and inspire teams of Superintendents, Engineers, and Interns.

Tackle complex construction challenges with confidence and creativity.

Own the field operations from pre-construction to ribbon cutting.

Collaborate with Owners, Architects, and Contractors to bring visions to life.

Keep projects on time, on budget, and on point—every time.

Champion safety, quality, and innovation on every jobsite.

What You Bring:

7+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent.

A degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture (preferred).

Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.

Strong tech skills—especially in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.

Bonus points for certifications like OSHA 30, CPR, or LEED AP/GA.
