Summary:
Pacific Low Voltage is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for low voltage systems integrations. We are located in Ventura, CA and provide services throughout Ventura County, Santa Barbara and the greater Los Angeles Area. The candidate should be experienced in the design/build of low voltage services as well as be able to estimate and assist in the bid process. The Project Coordinator will work closely with our Sales Team, Operations Manager and Installation Team. This individual must have a neat, clean appearance, be well spoken with good people skills and be comfortable meeting with clients face to face. This position also requires specifying of all materials for the project as well as enforcing a provided schedule for the technicians to complete the project.
Job Description:
Must be able to collaborate with technicians, sales people, and customers
Work closely with Sales Department on bid process
Meet onsite to understand the customer need
Attend bid meetings
Print interpretation of work scope and produce material takeoff
Determine best pathway for structured cabling
Specify all materials for project
Assist Sales Department in proposal preparation
Ensure correct installation & customer satisfaction
Assist in project close-out including as-builts and documentation package
Assist in inventory control
Requirements: * Strong knowledge and experience in Structured Cabling and low voltage systems
Good understanding of MEP Systems
Demonstrate ability to lead people and get results through others
Project Management experience
Demonstrate excellent writing skills, and be able to write RFP’s, processes, and procedures
Ability to think ahead and plan
Provide effective problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and a functional level
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to meet deadlines and multitask
Must be able to work in fast paced, team oriented environment
Must be willing to travel within the Greater Los Angeles Area
Good organizational skills

Qualifications: * Candidate must have 3-5 year’s experience in the integration of low voltage systems and infrastructure
