Leasing Agent – Strong Collections Experience (Columbus, OH 43213)

We’re seeking a motivated Leasing Agent with heavy collections experience to join an affordable housing community in Columbus, OH (43213)!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Type: Temporary to start, with potential for long-term placement

Pay: Based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of leasing—tours, move-ins, renewals, and resident relations

Lead and manage delinquency and collections efforts with professionalism and persistence

Post rent payments, send notices, and follow up on outstanding balances

Maintain accurate records using property management software (OneSite/RealPage experience preferred)

Support overall office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day management

What You Bring:

Prior experience in property management leasing, especially with collections

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Detail-oriented and organized under pressure

Section 8 experience a plus
