Description
The Quality Analyst is responsible for successful development and execution of the Black Box Quality Management System (QMS) on the shop floor to ensure the project is constructed in accordance to industry and customer standards. The Quality Analyst directly engages, supports, and coaches the field staff to promote understanding of ‘what good looks like’ to effectively drive the Right First Time strategy. This role includes planning, coordinating, collaborating and partnering with internal and external parties to support the successful execution within the framework of the Black Box QMS.
