Network of Support (health and well-being) Position: The ATP Specialty provides support to pediatrics patients, Alternative Drive Controls patients, and ALS patients.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provides support to 8 - 10 sales representatives
Completes in-services with accounts that service assigned patients
Confirms setup goes well
Evaluates patients
Works with Area Manager and Director to ensure the correct training has been completed by technicians before technicians are able to set up patients independently
Achieves performance expectations
Ensures time frame to service the patient stays same standard as any CRT Patient; if not quicker, as need is even that more urgent
Ensures patients are evaluated as soon as possible and chair ordered once approved
Ensures 6 weeks maximum from referral to final set up
Other duties as assigned Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree
ATP Certification required
