Job Description

We are seeking qualified candidates for a healthcare position. The ideal candidate will have the necessary certifications and licenses required for onboarding.

Responsibilities

Complete necessary onboarding and health history requirements.

Adhere to the Trinity Code of Conduct and provide patient care following institutional policies.

Participate in specialty-specific competency testing.

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Valid license/certificate verification required for submission and onboarding.

Completion of Trinity Integrity and Audit Services form.

Current personal health history and relevant vaccinations (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, etc.) must be up to date.

Completion of a criminal background check and education verification.

Trinity Skills Checklist and other competency assessments are required.
