Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Information Systems or equivalent

Certifications: ITIL, Scrum, Scrum Master, Storage, OS (advantageous)

4+ years in IT operations, storage, Scrum, VDI & OSÂ

Role & Responsibilities:

Design & maintain VDI solutions aligned with BMW standards

Develop Ansible playbooks for hybrid cloud deployments

Drive VDI automation, onboarding, and cloud strategy

Monitor, optimize, and report on VDI performance

Support cloud migration and application owners

Manage ITSM processes, documentation, and security

Coordinate contractors and moderate operations meetings

Weekend availability for change implementationsÂ
