As Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, youll work closely with the Director of F and B to oversee the full operation, ensuring flawless service, innovation, and profitability across all outlets.

Youll lead and inspire a talented team, drive excellence in standards, and support the hotels positioning as a leading culinary destination in Scotland.

Responsibilities * Supporting the strategic direction and day:to:day management of all F and B outlets * Leading, mentoring, and developing departmental leaders and their teams * Driving guest satisfaction and service excellence across all dining experiences * Overseeing financial performance, cost controls, and productivity measures * Collaborating with the culinary team to deliver creative and memorable concepts * Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations Requirements * Previous experience as F and B Manager or Assistant F and B Director in a 5:star property * Exceptional leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills * Strong understanding of luxury service standards and brand positioning * Financial acumen and a data:driven approach to decision:making * Passion for food, drink, and creating memorable guest experiences
