Timings: 3:00Pm - 12:00Am

Position Purpose:

IKONIC is seeking passionate and ambitious fresh graduates with a background in Computer Science who are excited to begin their professional journey in Human Resources! This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship from industry professionals, and the opportunity to contribute to real HR projects that drive our people and culture forward.

Education & Professional Qualification:

Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience:

Must have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 06 months of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply0

HR Intern Responsibilities & Requirements:

Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly for technical roles such as developers, engineers, and designers.

Post job openings on various platforms and track applicant responses.

Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other digital channels.

Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Support employer branding efforts through content, outreach, and event coordination.

Prepare recruitment reports, analytics, and hiring dashboards.

Collaborate with the IT team to automate or enhance recruitment workflows where possible.
