Key Responsibilities:
● Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
● Extract and analyze data from multiple sources (CRM, Dispatch, Return, and Sales Sheets).
● Automate report generation using Google Sheets formulas, AppScripts.
● Track key operational metrics such as sales orders, return inward, dispatch accuracy, and QC performance.
● Maintain data accuracy across all MIS dashboards.
● Coordinate with operations, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure timely data updates.
● Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
● Manage and organize report folders in Google Drive Skills Required:
● Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel ( XLOOKUP, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, etc.)
● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English(Hindi preferred additionally).
● Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Attention to detail and data accuracy.
● Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
● Team coordination and reporting skills
● Adaptability to new tools and automation systems.
Qualification & Experience:
● Any Degree / Diploma
● Freshers can also apply if they have strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
