Flexo Printing Production Supervisor

Narrow web flexo printing company is interested in hiring a Production Supervisor with prior/current experience in the flexo industry and the ability and desire to advance within the company.

Duties will be to lead, train, coach, motivate and evaluate the work of the team.

You will be responsible for anticipating, troubleshooting, and solving matters involving a variety of factors including material, equipment, and staffing.

Staffing recommendations including interviewing & selection, development, and promotion of team members.

Prefer candidates with experience on narrow web flexo equipment.

Salary based on experience.
