Field Service Technician-Mechanical

A worldwide market leader for customized material handling systems based in Canton, OH is looking for a field service technician.

They focus on unique spiral conveyor solutions used in the food and beverage industries and e-commerce.

This is a national traveling role with over 50% travel.

When not on service calls, the FS tech is supporting inside the production facility in Canton, OH.

Basic technical knowledge within the same industry and mechanical skills are needed.

Candidate who has experience on the oil rigs are encouraged to apply.

You will be required to do mostly repairs of complex machinery on-site and preventative maintenance.

Training in the facility is provided.

Good communication, time management and organizational skills are needed for the role.

Starting base salary is $60k with a $2k sign on bonus.
