Development Engineer-Converting equipment

A leading equipment manufacturer of Converting machinery used in the Paper, Film and Nonwoven industries is looking for a Design Engineer.

This Development Engineer will be based out of their offices in Hanover, PA which is north of Baltimore and east of Philadelphia.

You will be responsible for custom and next generation machine designs.

You will be working with 3D models, using Autodesk Inventor software.

Expect limited travel to customers for consultations.

You will be involved from cradle to grave.

Experience with Servos and VFDs are required.

A Mechanical Engineering Degree is needed.

Ideal candidate will have prior experience with high speed packaging or web handling equipment.

Any experience in design of high-end production and/or automation machinery is welcomed.

Starting salary ranges from $90k to $120k.
