Carton Designer (CAD Operator)

We need a Carton Designer (CAD Operator) for a corrugated company in the Menomonee Falls area.

*The Carton Designer needs to be able to create designs from customer specs

* Create print cards for production and drawings for quoting when needed.

The best candidate will have knowledge of the corrugated industry and corrugated products and be able to create samples for the customer. The Carton Designer needs to be able to partner with the tool and die shop to ensure tooling is handled correctly and be an AIB Team Member.

Great communication skills are very important in this position as the Carton Designer needs to be able to communicate details of the projects to the sales team, production and the customer. This is important because many projects start from scratch requiring creative, practical designs.

2 or 4 year degree in Package Engineering, Graphic Art or related field

2 years of experience in a corrugated design department working with software and running the table.
