Technical Service Manager-Print Finishing

A leading print finishing equipment distribution group in North America is looking for a Technical Operations Manager over service. This individual will report to their offices in Andover, MA. This role will help manage and coordinate all on-site and field services for customers in the US and you will report to the Director of Service. This organization has several strategic partners both in the US and Europe so this individual will be involved with helping gather information about support at customer sites. Expect your service technicians to work closely with personnel from OEM Partner’s. You will be interacting with upper management and OEM partners on regular basis to help maximize service performance and revenue.

This organization is looking for an individual who understands field service and/or on-site service as it relates to capital equipment. Ideal candidate will come from service or support within the commercial printing or packaging trades. They are open to any service or support leadership candidates who understand how to be proactive when it comes to service. Base salary ranges from $70k-$100 with a bonus program in place.
