Service Manager-Industrial Inkjet

A leading American manufacturer of inkjet and pad printing equipment is looking for a service manager to be based out their offices just north of Boston, MA.

This individual should have a solid understanding of installations, repairs and preventative maintenance issues as it related to a manufacturer of capital equipment.

Ideal candidate will have prior experience in the printing or packaging trades.

Expect to manage a small a group between 10 and 20 technicians.

You will be involved in creating new programs for parts, warranty packages and service calls.

Should have a solid understanding of metrics as they related to service calls and onsite visits.

Salary ranges between $100k and $120k pending on experience.
