A US based manufacturer of sensor solutions, is seeking an Inside Service Engineer to help their customer support team in their Massachusetts based office.
You are their product support specialist over custom instrumentation and sensor systems.
Field Engineers and customers will contact you directly to diagnose issues over the phone.
Expect less than 10% travel if the issue cannot be resolved over the phone or by a field service engineer.
Candidates with experience within the packaging, printing, or other industrial equipment market with strong electrical and/or mechanical skills are asked to apply.
An electrical engineering, mechatronics, or computer engineering degree is preferred but not required.
Must have solid computer and communication skills.
Also, the ability to problem solve in a timely manner both on your own and in teams are key.
Pay will range between $60K-$80K with full benefits.
