We are needing a Customer Service Supervisor from the print production industry in a Saint Louis, MO printing company. The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of the team to provide service and support to the customers. This person needs to be able to liaison with customers, sales, operations and management to provide the very best result for the customer to support both new and existing business.
The Customer Service Supervisor needs to have the ability to coordinate staff involved in estimating and order processing while participating in direct customer service duties when necessary.
Duties include:
-Assign work load to 15-20 direct reports
-Implement new procedures that promotes continuous improvement
-Must provide adequate training to direct reports
Must Have:
-PRINT PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE
-4+ years of customer service in a manufacturing environment
-Ability to learn software-Hagen preferred
-Experience in flexography, mailing, fulfillment and digital printing is a huge plus!
