Senior Support Specialist

A leading international manufacturer of Digital Prepress and Inkjet Printers for the Lithographic and Flexographic markets is looking for a Senior Support Specialist to based out of their Chicago offices.

This individual is expected to help regional field engineers with installations and repair of their equipment lines.

Expect travel to be over 50% with limited weekend work.

When not traveling, you will work on equipment and machinery that has been shipped back to the offices.

And you may be ask to help with demos and training of new techs from time to time.

Ideal candidate is anyone in a maintenance or field service role working on related high-end inkjet or prepress systems for the commercial print trades.

Strong communication and organizations skills are a must.

Good networking and software installation experience is needed.

Base pay is around $70k to $90k and you are eligible for bonuses.
