Print Production Account CSR

Printing company in Saint Louis is looking for an experienced Print Production Account Customer Service Representative.

* Knowledge of the printing process and experience in a printing facility is preferred. This facility has a bindery and a mailroom in addition to a pressroom.

* Print Production Account CSR should know how to assist customers with their projects to be printed and make recommendations for paper, ink and other processes needed to complete the project.

*This candidate should understand the basic principles of how a printing facility works from pre-press to mailroom and quickly feel comfortable explaining the applicable parts of the process(es) to the customer.
